Many people do not know that so many elements can help the body and its growth. Many of the elements are also called trace elements. They have been linked together to cause certain diseases in the body.

It is very crucial that the body gets all the minerals and trace elements that it needs. Also, that the body get the right amounts. Many people think it’s okay to get extra but it is not good for the body to get too much or not enough. There are many elements, minerals, and tissues that the body needs to have in order to survive. Unless you’re a doctor, you would never have guessed. Some other elements that the body needs are cobalt and fluoride. As many know, fluoride is used to harden the teeth and bones.
