Molybdenum

Many people go through life not knowing many of the elements while others know most of them and what they do and are used for. One particular element many do not know is molybdenum. Often, many people ask, what is molybdenum? Molybdenum is a chemical element, and is a transition metal. Molybdenum is silver-white in color, it is a soft element, and has one of the highest melting points of all pure elements.

Some of the molybdenum food sources that are good are plants, soils to grow things in, and animals.

What people do not know about molybdenum is that it is found in the highest concentrations in the liver, kidney, skin, and bones of the body. It is also said that molybdenum is good for the support of the storage of iron and other cell functions such as growth.
