Niacin-B3

Niacin, or also known as Nicotinic acid or Vitamin B3 is actually one of the eight different vitamins that are found in the Vitamin B complex. As each of the eight vitamins all have their own responsibilities or jobs in our bodies, so too does Niacin and the corresponding amide Nicotinamide, or Niacinamide. Without getting too scientifically technical, Niacin basically helps the body by playing essential roles in energy metabolism in the living cell and DNA repair.
